Shipping policy

TheSmilingChi ships via United States Postal Service (most orders) and UPS (for large/heavy orders).

Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more.

Otherwise, USPS and UPS rates are calculated at checkout.  You have the ability to choose from several options.

Orders are processed within one business day of receipt of your order.  Custom orders add 1 to 5 days to orders, depending on the complexity of the request.
